Store hours online showed open and it allowed me to place my order. Now I gotta wait till customer service opens to get a refund. I’m not gonna wait all day to get old donuts, this is the reason why I placed my order so early. Next time I’ll order from Dunkun.

This location only makes glazed donuts fresh the have the rest delivered from the store on ih10 and Dezavala. The were so hard and had such little filling in them. Then I called and told them and they really didnt care they wanted me to drive and pick up some more stale doughnuts instead of you giving me a refund they made me call corporate to get my money back. I have not eaten at a Krispy Kreme for like 3-4 years. So not sure if I want to visit anymore.

I bought donuts for the kids so I should be happy with that. But they truly had a small selection. So small they should have just closed in my opinion. Not trying to be difficult. Also the donuts for my kids was hard. Truly disappointing.
