  On this particular visit (it was my first time here) we went through drive through around noon Staff very rude and out of almost all flavors including basic flavors Very bad experience

  We stopped by the Brooks City Base location in San Antonio. They were out of doughnuts and only had hard old doughnuts for full price. What a joke. Asian looking female was rude. She clearly hates her job.It took us 30 minutes to drive to this location for bad service and no doughnuts. This store is rundown. Google needs a review lower than one star hor this place.

  I've been a regular customer here and apparently that doesn't mean anything. My boyfriend was waiting on me after an appointment annd despite the manager seeing us every week decided that waiting was loitering. I'm not going to any Krispy Kreme store for myself or suggest it for my team. No manager should ever tell not only a customer but a patron to off themselves that's disgusting.

  Me and my girlfriend come here every week, after we donate plasma. We see the same people here, every time. At this point, we're regular customers. Sometimes I have to wait on my girlfriend, because she can take a little longer to donate. I wasn't even at Krispy Kreme for 30 minutes before the manager, who is probably barely old enough to drink and has his hair down like some emo freak, tells me I would have to leave if I don't buy anything. I confront him about it, and he says they have a "no loitering" policy. I tell him we're regular customers and his response is, "So that makes you immune to our policies?". I could understand if it was my first time at this establishment, but I've been a patron for a couple of months now. And this is how you treat your customers? You've lost 2, today. Fix your standards, Krispy Kreme. Hire better managers who aren't too young for the job and make sure they carry themselves like a manager.

  We came from a small event that was happening at the resturant across from the parking lot and the staff seemed frustrated because people were coming in and I guess their night got busy, so anyways me and my family ordered 2 dozen doughnuts and some drinks and were just chilling enjoying our doughnuts and my little niece had to wash her hands and got potty and the manager was being rude and to us and she put a sign saying all the restrooms were out of order which was a lie. Even the other staff that night were being rude as hell. Like yall should be happy yall are getting customers. The experience sucked cuz of their bad attitudes. That manager should be more kinder to paying customers, I will never come back here cuz of that manager. Oh and to top it off she called the cops cuz people were asking to use the bathroom.. like really
