When trying to get a booth both waitresss one on floor and the other behind bar , told us no we’re saving those for a party. Mind you none of the tables were clean. So we go back to the door to wait. The manager comes down from upstairs to ask why people are at the door. They tell him they are clearing tables for a party. If you don’t wanna be a waitress and do your job please get another job or hire a busser . My group and the group behind us left. Unprofessional at its finest

Ordered an appetizer that needed silverware, but had to wait almost 10 minutes just for that. Food was ok, but the slow service didn't make it any better. When it came time to close out we waited almost 15 minutes just for our server to pick up our tab. I don't live in the area and this was my first Joe's crab shack experience but i don't think ill be back to this location ever.

However, the crab legs were a bit disappointing this time — not as fresh or flavorful as I expected. Everything else was good, but I think the crab legs could definitely be improved. I’d still give it another try in the future!
