  Dude! Why do you still have no ice in the ice machine! I will edit this review, the first time I get a cup of ice. That being said, I may find a better sandwich before that happens and never get ice or a Jimmy John’s again?

  We love JJ but this location has been slipping for a year+ now. Last time, one sandwich quite literally had two slices of turkey on a "Giant" size sandwich. $18 for 2 thin slices of turkey is a joke. The time prior no chips and a drink was missing. Today after waiting half an hr the delivery driver texted saying we need to cancel bc she can't pick up the food. Nope, you can cancel it on your end. We followed up w a direct call to the store who said they were and independent driver but their in house driver just returned and they'll send him asap...45 mins later still nothing. A 3rd contact was then maid to cancel.

  Would have been perfect if they had remembered the oil and vinegar on my Mike's Way Giant. Other than that, great sandwich that has service faster than Jimmy John's.
