  Not friendly at all. Totally explains there being nobody in there at lunch time. Terrible. Owners need to tell their staff that it's free to be nice.

  The sandwiches were good, but I found a hair in my sandwich. Just a suggestion to wear hair net please. Besides that everything else was OK

  Out of every Jimmy Johns in town this is by far the worst one I have ever visited, Nicholas from what I think is the manager, who ever is the owner of this franchise please I hope you listen to my experience with Nicholas. I asked about a free sandwich coupon I had on my JJ app they young lady at the front was very sweet friendly and helpful. I asked If can use the coupon she said yes and asked what sandwich I wanted I ordered and Nicholas was making my sandwich I handed my phone to the young lady and she was having trouble with the redeeming the coupon on the app. Nicholas walks up and brings my sandwich she then tells him Im having trouble with this coupon. He then says Oh that coupon cant be used on this sandwich he then says which sandwich do you want there are 1–5 options. I said but you have my sandwich right there why cant I use it? He said you can not use it on this sandwich, I said I can’t believe you cant just give me that sandwich the young lady said I told her that she can have the sandwich he got upset and threw the sandwich in the trash and said you have 1-5 options thats it. Never again going back to this location.
