  While I like Jimmy Johns sub, I have ordered a Turkey Tom sub on 3 different occasions and only got 1 small slice of turkey each time. I will not visit them again. I may try another store but not this one.

  I’ve never had good luck ordering at Jimmy John’s, so I asked the guy to walk us through the process. The sandwich was good, but a bit bland. That was my fault since I ate the other half of my wife’s, turkey, lettuce, tomato & mayo sandwich. It was definitely a lot of food & the sandwich bread was awesome! Next time, I’m mixing things up! My wife can eat her turkey cheese and mayo on her own!

  Staying at the Marriott nearby we had the munchies and a few hours before the hotel’s M club out out the dinner offering. I had some great offers on Instacart for ubereats and we picked our sandwiches. Just a quick drive and we were there a few minutes early. The location is right off of I-10 on Callaghan. Parking is right in front. I took a minute for a video and some pics while the friendly crew completed. We brought the order back to the hotel where I was so hungry that we forgot to take pics of the food. Order was correct. Food was fresh. Tip: Check Ubereats and Instacart for deals. Highly recommended.

  Ive ordered ahead twice here and both times showed up 30 minutes after my order was placed, and I still end up having to wait 15+ minutes in store for my order to be ready.

  How come they have two people taking orders and I have to wait 20 minutes for a takeout sandwich order?
