I’m writing here in hopes of bringing awareness to the situation and notifying the appropriate team of my concerns. On April 14th, I visited the Alamo Ranch location and had placed a mobile order for two Orange Carrot Twists. Upon arrival, the drinks were already prepared; however, I was informed by a staff member that they had no carrots and had made the drinks without them — essentially serving just orange juice. I’m confused as to why the drinks were made, knowing they did not match what I had ordered. Additionally, no alternative options were offered in place of the Orange Carrot Twists. Given that I paid nearly $20 for what ended up being two plain orange juices, I left very disappointed with the experience.
