  Pretty disappointed with the staff here gives off mean girl vibes went into the drive-thru and ask for a regular tea iced in the form of a latte the girl on the speaker was laughing and then asking if I wanted something completely different to which I then had to say no and then I said the regular tea with ice and milk they proceeded to give me coffee in which I don't drink. When I had said this is coffee it is not what I asked for. The girl proceeded to act very rudely and said that is what you asked for. And then proceeded to cut me off when I had told her I even explained again regular tea ice and milk. I just stopped them from making it again with the way the energy was it just felt like they're more than likely going to spit in my drink so I asked for my money back. Rather than give me my money back they proceeded to try and hand me another drink in which I politely declined again and asked for my money back meanwhile I had been asking for my receipt that should have been handed with the first time and they refused to give that to me even through the end I left without a receipt that's pretty sketchy that sucks because I love this company however this location with the way that that was happening gives off the vibe of you should probably keep an eye on your bank account because they weren't going to give you the receipt that you should have got in the first place

  Love HTeaO. So many flavors to choose from. You can even mix up your own flavor. Always fresh. BTW. Spellcheck is a very important tool. It's Potranco and Dugas

  Staff always greets and thanks me on my visits. It's nice to see staff make eye contact when talking to customers. All teas are always at the ready for customers delight.

  I’m honestly beyond disappointed with the 'Dirty Cherry Poppi' I received today. I’ve always been a loyal customer because HTeaO genuinely has the best tea I’ve ever had, but this experience really missed the mark. The flavor was off to begin with, but the main issue was the ridiculous amount of ICE. As you can see, the cup was packed so tightly to the rim that I only got about 10 ounces of actual drink. In this economy, it’s hard to justify paying full price for what is essentially a $5 cup of ice. It feels unfair to customers who choose to spend their money at your establishment to be shortchanged like this. At the very least, I’d appreciate it if the staff had the decency to ask if a customer wants 'easy ice' or if they could just be a little more generous with the beverage itself. I love your drinks, but I expect to actually receive what I’m paying for.
