They don’t have a drive thru speaker so when we got to the window we waited there like 5 minutes and nothing, we thought they were closed but the lights were on inside. We ended up getting off and going in and the ladies at the front were no help, they were chatting it up with two other girls who they let behind the counter. No wonder they were too busy to come to the window. Two other customers in the store ended up telling us how it worked so we paid and left. The tea is delicious but the service was a 0/10
