    Even though we went on Christmas Eve we had a good experience and checkout didn't take long. Cashier was amazing! I missed shopping at HEB wish they would expand into New Mexico especially Roswell.

    I love this store . They offer a wide variety of food items. They have a deli, seafood, and meat departments. They have artisan cheeses . They have their own store products. They ready made meals . There is also a pharmacy and flower section. It is a big store . So take your time and enjoy your visit . The bakery has delicious desserts. I would recommend this store.

    Good HEB but it would be really nice if the cashiers stopped throwing things through the checkout so quickly, sometimes it seems as fast as they can. Sometimes it doesn’t even matter if there’s no bagger or if stuff piles up, they just keep shoving everything through. It’s really frustrating because some checkers are good about handling stuff with care but it happens so regularly.

    I’m so disappointed in my HEB! those baggers need better training. I always ask if they can keep cold with cold, I even put it on the belt so it’s obvious how I would like my items bagged. When I do instacart I always bag my customers orders myself and receive endless comments on how well I bag their items. HEB managers repeatedly offer me a job because I do it better and faster then these baggers they have now. I’m not trying to gloat, I’m making a statement. Baggers need to have more consideration! My items were not bagged the way I asked, that girl clearly wasn’t trying to take me seriously, bagging my eggs with items that could break them. I’m fed up with it! End of Rant lol
