I wanted to single out a HEB partner that went above and beyond by helping me with a large order. I work for a social service agency that is within miles of this HEB. From year to year, it has been our goal to provide our local seniors with a party and a gift bags that contains everyday needed items. This year, one of these items was 123 detergent. I went in and pulled additional items from the stocked shelves but, when it came to this item, I was only able to pull 20 bags. I asked for assistance and Caleb was the person who came to help. I told him what we were doing and he honestly told me that this store did not usually carry a large amount of this product. I needed 360 units. He did state that this high quantity could be ordered. I gave him my information and the timeline that was associated with it. He did state that he was unable to order this product, but would do everything he could to make this happen. He followed up with me when the product was not ordered, but did take this project to heart and spoke with the Grocery Manager, Billy. Long story short....I was able to get what we needed to provide smiles for our senior event. I want to personally thank Caleb for all his effort on this. His value of making customers FIRST was greatly appreciated. He took pride in his work and had compassion for his community. THANK YOU CALEB!
