There curbside sucks . Do not trust their curbside and if you do make sure you have everything before you leave . The first time I tried there curbside they forgot my eggs , second time I tried they closed early at 6pm even though my order was placed for pickup at 8pm (they did not inform me they closed early) the third time they forgot 5 ITEMS . 1 item is understandable but 5 is insane .. Everytime I tell the manager about it it’s always “this won’t happy again “ and then it does . DO BETTER CURBSIDE !!!!! Too many red flags I will not be coming to this location as I never have any issues with other locations curbside

Love the store and its approximate location to several other places on the Southside of SA. I DO NOT however enjoy the army of birds flying all over the parking lot, leaving their feces on my vehicle! Obviously I know their control over the bird population is none, just wanted to see if anyone agreed with me!

I ordered 2 cases of Hidden variety valley water a brand i really like from the HEB app, i had to look around San Antonio and finally found this HEB in stock so they text me your orders ready i drive to the atore about 15 min away and they tell me that management was supposed to let me know they were out of stock. Since there was no accountability it seemed to be a ongoing issue ? wasted time and gas when somone could have called or messaged me ,email anything to let me know they were out, or somone could update the inventory so it's accurate on the HEB app this was my first time using the app as well . Hope this helps others gas is expensive out here.

I had a really frustrating experience at the Zarzamora H-E-B today. I spent nearly two hours shopping and filled an entire cart with groceries. Shopping that long is miserable enough, but the real issue happened when I went to leave. As soon as the front wheel of my cart crossed the front door, it locked up. I waited at the door for help. Employees could see me, but no one came over. After standing there stuck with a full cart, I lifted the front of the cart and pushed it back inside to get someone’s attention. An employee unlocked it, and when I tried to leave again, the wheel locked a second time at the door. Again, no immediate help. At this point, I’m standing there with roughly $500 worth of groceries, feeling embarrassed and irritated. I pushed the cart back inside once more so someone could actually assist me. When the employee came over, the cart was unlocked, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude I received afterward. I was asked why I “kept pushing the cart back into the store,” as if this was something I was choosing to do. I explained that I was waving at the door and no one responded, so I brought the cart back where someone could see me. To be clear: my frustration was with the situation, not the employee. But this was a customer service failure. No customer should be stuck at the exit with a locked cart and ignored, especially after a long shopping trip. I’m starting this location at two stars. If future visits go better, I’m open to revising this review. But today’s experience was unnecessary, stressful, and left a bad impression.
