    Why not apply coupon discounts automatically..? Also, worst parking lot ever, everything in your cart will be shaken up by the time you get to your car. Saving all that money by not applying coupon discounts isn’t paying for them to repave the parking lot..

    I love this HEB and never have any issues, partners are always so wonderful, except Ali M., when I make the unfortunate mistake (and normally I do my best to avoid him) of going to his lane he always has the worst attitude, throws my items, shames people for going even one item over the 15 item limit as if people are going to stand there and count when others are also waiting to find a checkout. I’d highly recommend removing him from being in contact with customers as he is not a good representation of HEB.

    i went to make an order for a cake but halfway through the order Kristyn walked away saying she'd be back real quick and just wanted to check on something but she never came back and i had to start the order over with one of the other bakery workers

    12/23/2025 10:20 am. Went to order on 12/21/2025 an ice cream cake with my daughter with decorations details i.e having fruits that "glazed" on top of the cake like the ones seen on their display. HEB have my info as it is SOP to provide name and phone. I was told if they cannot make it as discussed they will call us. I pick the cake on 12/23/25 and no fruits on top. I complained and the lady told me they cannot put fruits on top the cake and told us we can just buy our own fruit and put on top. The cake looks plain even my 13 yr daughter said we cannot leave the cake like that because it is for her Mom's/my wife's Birthday. We were really disappointed with this transaction. HEB Bakery Department did not call us or we would have cancelled the order. HEB is so big now that they might NOT CARE on how customers make things special for their loved ones on the special occasions. This is my experience and this is how I feel.

    The curbside and delivery department is horrible! I had three different Delivery orders on separate occasions that were missing items that I purchased. Every time I had to call to complain and request that they deliver my missing items. What was more frustrating is that out of one of those orders, one of my items that were missing was milk for my daughter. My order was delivered at night just a few hours before My daughter‘s bedtime. Imagine dealing with a baby who doesn’t have milk at bedtime and I had to wait for them to deliver it. Now today is the cherry on top, I did a curbside order yesterday and picked it up yesterday evening. Although I should double check to make sure I have all of my items due to the past three mess ups, I just wanted to put my groceries up and get my daughter and I ready for bed because I had a long exhausting day. I wake up this morning to fix me a cup of coffee so I can start my Monday off right for the work week, and as my coffee finished brewing, I go to grab sugar and my starbucks creamer to fix my cup. and I realized that my coffee creamer was not in my fridge. So I double checked my car in the freezing cold this morning to see if it may have fell out of a bag. And it did not. So now only not HEB delivery is screwed up, but curbside as well. This is ridiculous and these employees need more training, but it’s more ridiculous that it just seems like a constant thing. You would think at this point everybody will have their crap together over there. I am highly upset because now I have to wait until H-E-B opens to call to make a complaint while I have my expensive coffee sitting in a coffee pot that I do not drink black. I am FURIATED! this is how I start my Monday morning off! Who wouldn’t be pissed?
