Heb plus is such a great and wonderful store good place to get what you need and you can also eat in their food court which is a good thing for everyone because it helps a lot not only for the employees but also for customers. I do only have one suggestion maybe atleast twice a week the microwave needs a routine cleaning because a lot of people used them and sometimes food and debris are very visible and it can make someone's loss thier appetite. Thank you HEB plus! You are great.

The lady working informed in me that they don’t blow up balloons purchased outside of their store. I would like to say that the HEB on Evan’s is one of the biggest stores in San Antonio and should be more than willing to accommodate the filling of four balloons. I ended up driving to the HEB in spring branch and they didn’t hesitate to help me for my son’s special day. This comes down to more than a petty complaint about balloons. It’s about doing right by your customers even on the little things. I always thought HEB stood on core family values and customer loyalty. I have been proven wrong today. They have turned into a company that is about the bottom dollar and what they receive in return. Truly disappointed on this one as I alway viewed HEB in such a different light.
