    TRAIN PEOPLE BEFORE PICKING UP PHONES Called at 6:50 was told they close customer service at 8pm arrive from a 20 min drive and they’re closed spoke to manger Didn’t care of course not right Just bothered waste of time and management C.S weak at best

    This store is so huge that it takes me 2 hours to complete my grocery shopping. It is “My HEB” and I love that even though it’s not new anymore it feels like it. It’s very clean. Bonus points for the new pharmacy “prepay” process!! I can get my scripts in a flash with the dedicated line, that never has anyone in it! Also, it makes the drive through pick up super quick. ——here’s an idea—— make one of your lanes for prepaids!!!

    I shop this Heb exclusively and this is my first bad review. At the deli tonight I got in line behind the person they were currently helping. It was around 8:53…. The deli worker was moving slowly which is fine, I’m sure it was a crazy day, it was odd when he went to the back for about 5 minutes. At 9:02 he came out and told me they closed at 9:00 so his current costumer was the last person they would help?!? There was one other person that came after me and she went to complain but I was not going to stand and argue. I would have been fine not being helped if they hadn’t left me standing there for 10 minutes.

    BERTHA IS AMAZING! I was in a rush and needed a single bottle of ginger ale and she helped me find it through all the checkout aisle fridges! Also this H-E-B is super clean and always well stocked love it!

    Honestly used to be one of my favorite heb and would drive 25 minutes to it. Really hate this heb now. My car got hit in their parking lot ( in the front where cameras are) and all the team lead could tell me is that what ever info they have they can’t give to me or police because it’s private property no sincerity at all she just shrugged her shoulders and even saw the damage and knew it was a hit and run. The lady stated that it’s protocol and I would have to get a court order to get the video footage of the hit and run. The person who hit me did not leave a not or anything so I asked if they could check the cameras they have since I was grocery shopping and came out to see my car had been hit. Absolutely no help what so ever and now I have to pay for $1000 in damage that was not even my fault due to no help from heb. If you ever go there just know you will have to pay for your damage since they can not give you any information. Honestly need to raise their standards because if it were an employee car I wonder if it would be a different story. Even one of the employees told me their car was broken into and the camera batteries were dead. Be for real, I love my heb but seriously need to help their customers. my brand new car and now I have to fix it out of my own money which I got a new car to not put money into like I didn’t my old car. Disappointed and will never be going back.
