- GGGabriella Gaitan2 days ago1.0I’m a pretty patient person. However, I needed to get press on nails and they happened to be locked up. So I asked one lady and I heard them call it on the intercom. 15 min went by and nothing. Went up to the check out lane and told a different guy. 15 more minutes and still nothing! That was the one thing I needed. If you look on the camera you can see that I was waiting for quite some time. I understand the need to lock up certain things, but if you can get an associate to HELP get that item, makes it pretty pathetic. I never have this problem with the other HEB’s!! Btw. Still didn’t get the item I needed!

Shame on you guys!!!!! It would be nice to remind the associates to be more careful with our groceries. BTW, I DO NOT get foodstamps or am I on welfare. Just a hard working mom.

The super 8 pack are GROOS nothing at all like the ones in the 12 pack, the 8 packs were super Dry and 90%masa , no one else I've spoken to don't like them either, Did you change co packers?? If so go back to the one you had Last year..I do love and by the 12pack ones all year long, but now I'll never buy the 8 pack one anymore.. please reply and bring back the 12 pack.
