This heb was tucked away in an area we had never been in. My little cousin and I went in looking for some valentines 💝 sweets for his mom. We walked in and were slightly caught off guard. This location is smaller then my kitty hawk location. But still had an interesting flow about it. Everything flowed right for a good shopping experience but today we were on the hunt for some candy, nevertheless we found the seasonal area and got through to the check out area which seemed to be on the side and we had a quick and polite check out. Flow of things went right and out to the front. Very interesting layout definitely a nice flow of things. Did throw me for a loop lol but seemed to maximize the area they have nicely. Kudos 👏. Thanks you!

I really liked this HEB. It was clean, wide aisles, everything was easy to find. Plus I liked the smaller carts. Not every wants to push the big carts.

I asked for 10 $1’s they gave me $8 and took almost 10 minutes to verify that they gave it wrong. The white young blonde guy didn’t bother to count it when handing it to me which probably is due to lack of training when handing out cash. Just writing this so that supervisors or managers can train their employees on handling cash better and so that customers wing get the same experience, thanks.

This is my local and the HEB I visit the most. I like that I know where everything is at. The staff are always friendly. It does get a little crowded at times, but I usually visit off hours early AM and it is fine, then. Even when busy parking is never terrible like other HEBs. Only thing I can fault is the markets (meat, deli, bakery) are nothing like you get at Alon or Bulverde Road, but those are much larger HEBs and if I need more specialized items, I’ll hit up Alon as it’s only about 2 minutes further from me, but that parking lot y’all—I try to avoid when I can (although the Alon is much more like a Central Market and I love that store, but it takes forever because it’s so big and organized so unfamiliar and I always seem to get parking out in the sticks, there.)
