This is my local and the HEB I visit the most. I like that I know where everything is at. The staff are always friendly. It does get a little crowded at times, but I usually visit off hours early AM and it is fine, then. Even when busy parking is never terrible like other HEBs. Only thing I can fault is the markets (meat, deli, bakery) are nothing like you get at Alon or Bulverde Road, but those are much larger HEBs and if I need more specialized items, I’ll hit up Alon as it’s only about 2 minutes further from me, but that parking lot y’all—I try to avoid when I can (although the Alon is much more like a Central Market and I love that store, but it takes forever because it’s so big and organized so unfamiliar and I always seem to get parking out in the sticks, there.)

There's nothing I can tell you about HEB that you don't already know. Is HEB perfect? No. But, they're community driven, customer centric, and integral to the fabric of Texas!
