- KBKirk Bruni1 day ago1.0Thank you Abe for taking the time to politely and courtesouly help me this Saturday around 5pm, I appreciate the kindness (x5 Star). But, this is the second time I have asked for help from two different employees at HEB at Wurzbach, whom were doing the exact tasks right next to each other, and got drastically two different treatments as a customer. The second employee (Abe), very polite and communicating back to me, where he made eye contact and body posture communications with me, and the first girl, whom I attempted to ask for help first, just ignored my attempt to ask her a polite question, and where she skillfully kept her sholders tangent to me so I could not see her name or if she was wearing a name tag. She was wearing all black, white skin with black poofy hair, about 5 foot, and had a silver half hoop septum nose piercing. This is my second experience I have had with this exact employee about three to six months ago, where she skillfully hid her name tag from me, kept her shoulders turned tangent to me, and did it skillfully...after how she presented how she was going to continue to treat me, and I ended up calling a manager up to the return area upfront to attempt to make a complaint, but nothing has changed. They even made two announcements over the speaker, but no one ever showed up. Absolutely unacceptable! It’s ridiculous how little they care about customers. People’s time deserves respect, but clearly that means nothing here. If you ever need help at this store, don’t expect anyone to show up — they simply don’t care. I honestly wish I could give negative stars for such terrible service and attitude.👎
