I moved over to this area and will gladly make a longer drive to deal with better employees. They reject a return, even though we are asking for a gift card? My grandmother needs groceries and they flat out told her no. Then I tried again asking for the gift card and the “manager” will or something was no help in explaining why he could not give a gift card credit? You have the product I have the receipt? But my credit card that paid for it isn’t good to give me a credit.??? His explanation was “debit and cash are the same but master card is credit.” Like okay yeah credit sooo give me my credit on a gift card?
