But he handled it very poorly and the other lady there lied for him and didnt let me clear things up. The other associate had no business joining in on the conversation and i forgot to get her name but she was kinda tall. This caused him to get a manager and make me feel like a criminal. I bought a money order with my debit card but my roommate had already bought it so i went back to return it and he refused to cash it. His eyes were very red and i think its because he was about to start crying from how personally he took the whole situation. Someone that takes things so personally shouldn't be at the customer service desk. If anyone shouldve been that upset its me. Im glad ashley was there because she was able to offer alternatives and successfully deescalate but i will not be returning here.
- SSsimoneDec 18, 20251.0I always love heb but lately this location as well as many others have been allowing people to take their dogs in. clearly they arent service dogs. it is so disgusting! I even see most of them in the carts where we place our food! even saw a guy who brought his dog and it had a food and water bowl in the cart. another time I saw a lady walking three dogs at once. management stop allowing Heb to become a dog park. and people, leave your animals at home or take them to actual dog parks.
