He help her then came back to where I was park and began questioning me, I ask him is he SAPD and does he question anyone else who sits in their car?. I informed him to walk away, he started to then came back with more to say, so I reported it to the manager she got my info and said they will take care it.

There are signs near the shopping cart returns in the parking lot that remind you to bring your reusable bags and that has honestly helped me remember mine that now it has become a habit!
