Very friendly but when it comes to baggage your groceries they're very poorly. They throw everything and they don't want to double bag it and I already told so many times over and over and over to the managers and they don't fix the the issue. They should send those baggers to take a class cuz I don't know how to bag your groceries

Today, got out of hospital after a 4 day stay. Went to drive thru to pick up prescription. Spoke to Roy who seemed unresponsive and put out. Tried to explain Good RX discount and he was non responsive trying to get me to pay. I said "you seem your like in a bad mood roy" and his response was "it happens sometimes". I was forced to walk in and talk to manager and get my prescription with discount. Pretty unprofessional and no empathy.

The quality control for hygiene and safety appears to be diminishing at the H-E-B on Babcock Road. On November 2, 2025, I purchased a Ham Muenster Torta Sandwich which, upon inspection, contained a layer of paper along with the cheese. I nearly choked after taking a bite and discovering the foreign object within the layers. I have been a loyal H-E-B customer for over seven years, but this serious lapse in quality has made me reconsider my future patronage.

I brought HEB Meal Simple Wedge Fries small today. I was tearing the sticky paper before I even open the container There was a fly inside. Y'all need to be careful. This was my 1st and last time buying any ready foodvat HEB .I called the manager, was told that happens a lot. That means they have flies flying around food they are preparing. I'm not buying anything else not from the deli to the ready made food. I only paid $2.42 thank God it wasn't more ! If they flies flying around that bad they must be everywhere. What ever you do please look real close and make sure there's no fly in it ! I usually shop at the commissary at ft. Sam army base. Heb is steady going down here. They just put anything out for people to buy. I'm not even going to buy anything else from the bakery no telling what fly, bugs or hair is baked up in it !!!! 😲 Terrible
