The previous customer left and I am still standing there Zero acknowledgment! Both employees kept going about their work. Then a couple of guys walked up and guess what? One of the employees walked up to them and acknowledged them!! Not sure if due to them being Racist? Or just didn’t Care!! But customer service training is non existent in that STORE!

Generally it’s chaos but today the bagger (not naming him here) flung our cold cuts on the floor when rushing to bag. He went to get a replacement, but returned with a smaller package of a different cold cut. At that point the cashier had moved me off the line to wait, with my frozen foods melting I took the package and left to save time. This isnt the first time front end service was less than optimal at this location. Attention to detail and customer service needs improvement at this HEB.
