  Raw beef stored in the same bag as raw pork while blood is dripping from the package. Cheese in with raw meats where again there is blood. Cross contamination for sure. Come on H-E-B. I thought you all do a training to avoid these types of issues. I am probably going to have to throw away $100.00 worth of food now....... Not cool. Update. Reached out to customer service at the 1800 number. They were helpful and advised that the HEB Management would be reaching out to help resolve my issue. I did recieve a call not long after from a number I did not recognize. No voicemail was left. I looked up the phone number and confirmed it was HEB. I gave it a few days to allow them time to call back. They have not. I wonder if this happens often to avoid having to resolve issues. Not to assume, but feels intentional or just lazy. Not good either way. I will find another store to shop at going forward.

  I love shopping at H-E-B! Great selection, fresh food always! It’s great to see friendly faces and great attitudes but this morning I didn’t even get a good morning or hello at the register. I said hello good morning when I came up to the register and Michael C did not even look up at me and did not respond. I decided to say it again, hello! Finally looked up and said a very hesitant hello. Maybe remind your partners to always be a little friendly to their customers.

  Ordered these "premium" cupcakes (convinced by the baker) for my sons bday & this is what I got.. thought this would be like a little edible thing they stick into side of icing-- it looks like melted wax paper. Hopefully they taste ok!

  Delivery is horrible. I constantly get rotten, moldy, going bad veggies and fruit. Today was no diffrent , I recieved kale that was brown already going bad and mangoes that were going bad ( SUPER MUSHY AND SOFT) . I called after what felt like forever of noone answering curbside and me keep getting transferred . Im told im getting transferred to a Mgr. I said hello I been waiting for curbside noones answered . She said yeah this is curbside. We're very busy. I said ok told her my issues. She said she'd refund me. I asked if I could get a reshop she said no, that the policy recently changed. I expressed that was disappointing considering there is no quality on DELIVERY when it comes to veggies and fruit. She says gotcha! I continue to express how its an inconvenience to have to pay a fee, now not have the opportunity for a reshop but now I have to go to the store anyways bc now I have expired food. She says gotcha! Very dismissive , no apology, no ill follow up . She did say she could override it and id get my items within the hr. I get it and instead of kale I got spinache. My gosh so frustrating. Please take pride in the food you offer to delivery customers like you would an instore shopper . atleast with walmart the app is super freindly i just click on an item send a photo and get refunded for any issues. I have lived on this side of 2 yrs and have constantly got bad fruits snd veggies. Fix the issue.

  I do not normally leave reviews but something needs to be said. This is the worst HEB after the "renovation" and it seems to be getting worse. It's a claustrophobic nightmare and anxiety inducing. Please get rid of all the product in the main aisles so people can have room to move around. You can't walk through any aisle with a cart without running into people because they have made all the aisles too small. You used to be able to have enough room for 2 carts to be side by side in an aisle and still have room to get by. It doesn't matter what time of day you go either. Whoever designed the layout needs to be demoted and replaced by a competent person who prioritizes customer experience over stuffing the store with a bunch of unnecessary product.
