I opted to purchase some of my moms funeral flowers from the floral department. I spoke with Samantha, the floral dept manager, about what I would like and she advised she would work hard to get the correct flowers. Samantha and the other ladies came through in the best way possible. The wreath and bouquet were vibrant and beautiful and upon seeing them, it made me cry. I appreciate her dedication, sympathy and artistry. The flowers received so many compliments and if my mom were alive, she would have absolutely loved them. Thank you Samantha and the workers in the floral department.

Just wow. I’m not usually one to complain but after coming to this location (Valley Hi) for years since it’s the closest to where I live, this SCO partner denied me and my girlfriend in an electric cart with a compound knee injury from checking out because we had literally 2 items more than 10. This has never been an issue at the store I worked (Lytle). I’ve even helped people who are in electric carts like this. I was about to just ignore her and check out my pack of sodas, but she kept pestering me. When I told my girlfriend “Let’s just go to a register”, the SCO partner kept saying “What was that? Sir?” And after she realized I wasn’t interested in playing her game, she just said “Ok have a nice day!” I know the cameras saw her acting out, because she was taken off the SCO while we were leaving. This is completely unacceptable and I will be redirecting my friends and family elsewhere for their business. This location fell off. EDIT: I did talk to a customer relations representative who didn’t really seem to care about this random harassment we got at the Valley Hi location after HEB replied, so… not sure what makes that okay, but go off HEB. Keep rewarding your partners for treating customers this way I guess.
