I am so embarrassed. I went in to grab a few quick items, and an employee started yelling at customers one by one across the store to GET OUT because they were closing. She even told the security guard to go get a lady out. I think her name was Lorena, she has red hair. The way she spoke to customers was extremely unprofessional. I understand stores have closing times, but there is a respectful way to communicate that. After kicking everyone out, she said, ‘Okay, I’m done, I’m clocking out now,’ which just made the whole situation feel even more unprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience here thanks to a young woman, Rozlyn! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I found everything I needed. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made my shopping trip quick and enjoyable. HEB is lucky to have someone as kind and hardworking as Rozlyn on their team!

Not bad. It has most things. The individual departments probably don’t receive the individual care that other larger H-E-B would have. For example, it is very difficult to find something particular in the wine aisle. It’s not really sorted by Location or brand. Very vaguely by type. There are other H-E-B’s that are far more organized..

Very unprofessional and the most disrespectful manager (Britney) or whatever her name is. She gives the most disrespectful attitude towards her employees and obviously doesnt know how to smile. The last time I’ve gone she yelled at one of her employees because a customer had left thier phone and im guessing britney thought that she was calling someone? She should not be accusing one of her employees so quickly like that. Overall I wont be coming back at all if shes still there.

This HEB sucks… it is trash… they stopped putting out rotisserie at 5 o’clock when every other H-E-B surrounding are full fully stocked on rotisserie chicken. This H-E-B has always out of products. They never look out for their customers.. I wish there was another one that was just as close just so I don’t have to come to this one
