She even told the security guard to go get a lady out. I think her name was Lorena, she has red hair. The way she spoke to customers was extremely unprofessional. I understand stores have closing times, but there is a respectful way to communicate that. After kicking everyone out, she said, ‘Okay, I’m done, I’m clocking out now,’ which just made the whole situation feel even more unprofessional.

For example, it is very difficult to find something particular in the wine aisle. It’s not really sorted by Location or brand. Very vaguely by type. There are other H-E-B’s that are far more organized..

She gives the most disrespectful attitude towards her employees and obviously doesnt know how to smile. The last time I’ve gone she yelled at one of her employees because a customer had left thier phone and im guessing britney thought that she was calling someone? She should not be accusing one of her employees so quickly like that. Overall I wont be coming back at all if shes still there.
