Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. At Gloria’s, every dish carries a story of tradition, love and the taste of home. Don’t argue with guests. Keep it classy.) Glorias Latin Cuisine: You cannot beat the all day everyday $5 margs and beers! And the only white queso in the south which is our favorite!! The bean dip- the salsas. The food is top notch and the best scene for the patio OR inside for an upscale scene.

He was knowledgeable about the menu, checked on us at the perfect times, and made sure everything was just right. His notable service really deserves recognition! We came during happy hour and the drinks were tasty and delicious — perfectly made and such a great value. For food, I ordered the Enchiladas de la Gloria and they were so yummy. The flavors were rich and comforting, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience, and I would absolutely come back. Thank you, David, for making it even more special!

The waiter (Justin) was perfectly attentive, the manager paid us a visit to say hi, and the bartender mixes up perfect Mimosas, margaritas, and old fashioned's. The chimichurri is top notch. We had the most memorable Valentine's meal ever. Manager mentioned a great night life option with DJs or live music. You will love this place.
