- RLR L2 days ago2.0Sometimes chicken can be overcooked and dry. My last visit the gentleman intentionally left out the included onion and jalapenos and tortillas that come with the large meal. I asked twice before paying to make sure that it was in the to go bag. And with a smug face he falsely assured me. I shouldn't have so much trust in HEB employees. Nothing there when I got home. And the kicker is.... he told me that corporate was discontinuing the beloved poblano mashed potatoes. A definite favorite with me and many others that got our chicken there. In fact, the mashed potatoes was a huge reason as to why we decide to eat there. All that did was lessen the appeal of this eatery. Who is in charge of these decisions? Lastly, inform the employees that customers want what they paid for and to make sure and include EVERYTHING that is in the order when the customer pays for it. Good luck.

He was also dealing with a very rude lady that couldn’t wait few minutes for a beer. I also went and got my self some chicken for family dinner never had it before it was so good and Matt who helped me was top notch very kind and helpful just like freema I will be definitely going back for a chicken fajita bowl thank you Matt and freeman made my family dinner and my night very good
