I first posted this review 2 weeks ago, and I decided to give them another try just to see if anything had changed, the answer was nothing had changed if anything it was worse. Beginning with the fact that their food is never ready when they open at 11am most of the time they tell you there is a wait time and this is a constant if you go at 11:30 or 11:45 or even 12 the food isn't ready. Another time I ordered the chicken plate with two sides and the chicken leg quarter was raw on the inside.🤢 That did it for me, they just lost a customer because apparently they cannot get it together. The first time I purchased food from here it was cooked to perfection. The chicken was well seasoned, moist and cooked perfectly. My order plate came with tortillas and flatware on top, all nicely wrapped up with saran wrap. The second time which was the next day the chicken was dry, the beans were so watered down that they just tasted like water. The tortillas and flatware were missing. The third time I went, the chicken was undercooked, the tortillas were hard thus inedible and the flatware was inside the plate soaking wet from being placed on the food. These are just three examples there are more. What I think is lacking is, consistency among the staff plain and simple because one day you have a good experience and the next it's a toss up. Please train all your employees on how to not only cook the food, but how to package the food consistently.
