You are not dependent on us, we are dependent on you. You are not an outsider in our business-you are a part of it. We are not doing you a favor by serving you... you are doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so. Ray and Deeana are the example of this verse, they are very kind and social with the customers. I am not there to just eat a burger, I am made to feel that I am the most important customer as well as those waiting behind me. These 2 are amazing. This location has the best food and is also very clean and tidy and the bathrooms are always top notch. Thank you for a pleasant experience always.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
