    They run out of food and can’t make any because they are lazy. Hard pass won’t be stoping by ever again. Thanks for nothing

    I love this location! Compared to others this is my go to. Very clean employees provide great customer service always greeted with a smile. I am a mother of 3 boys so we come here weekly after practice for the family meal. Chicken is always flavorful green salsa is to die for. As we know they can not please everyone. We are almost in 2026 of course prices have gone up and portions have gotten smaller that's everywhere its life. We give Andy and his crew 5 stars. Keep up the hard work.

    HORRIBLE! Honestly I don’t know why it’s open. The food was horrible, the chicken was so dry. Also they said they had NO SALSA! Also no communication skills! They need to be trained to speak to customers and some kind of language translations. Definitely not the same Pollo Loco from Mr. Ochoa.
