  Picked out 2 shmears for our Baker's dozen box, but didn't check until home that the shmears were NOT in the box. Too far away to go back! The shmears are the best part, not happy!

  My 87 year old Mom and I just had the most amazing service from T at the Fredericksburg Medical Center location! Despite us coming just before closing, T took the time to explain menu options and made sure we got signed up for rewards and applied the senior discount for a total savings of $10. On top of that, the coffee machine needs a part, so T got creative to make Mom some hit chocolate on this coooooold day! Kudos! You made two people much in need of cheer very happy today.

  Location closed early. Online order placed and charged but no one to make it. Tried to get a refund while manager was still at location but directed back to sending an email. Waisted time and money and still have to wait to hear back about a refund? Really inconvenient.

  If you’re looking for delicious breakfast with the absolute best coffee this is your place. Food was delicious and cooked to my liking. Vanilla Hazelnut nut coffee has always been my favorite. Amber the cashier was such a sweetheart, knew the menu very well, gave us great recommendations, even went above and beyond and brewed some fresh Vanilla Hazelnut coffee. Highly recommend!
