I waited 10 minutes at the register for someone to take my order (I was the only one at the register). On top of that their were a couple of people complaining about waiting for orders 20-30 minutes. They even mentioned they saw others come in, order, or have online orders and get their food first. I did not see that, but they were here longer so it was possible. The sad thing is Tlthey had plenty of staff; unfortunately they were very disorganized, and poorly managed. I couldn't wait anymore so I left without ordering. Not a good experience at all.
