Ordered a blended lemonade (slush/frozen), was 90% melted when I received it. They didn’t care, when other locations keep it in the freezer till you arrive. Was within 10-15mins from order to pick up because of a line, and they couldn’t walk it out like other locations when there is a line. Point is, at least for this location, don’t order ahead with their app, just wait to order at the window and make everybody behind you wait 10-15mins, so their drinks can be melted or cold coffee lmao what a joke. It is and was the Last time visiting this location when others do better. It’s not that difficult.

I had been waiting in the drive thru with about 3 cars in front of me and a few behind me. Some chick pulls up to the far right lane. It was my turn to order and the guy just said to give him a second, and went and took her order. She then blatantly got in front of me and those behind me that had been there. Glad she didn’t have a ton of drinks in her order. Not sure if she was a girlfriend / friend/ whatever. If you want to get away with cutting in front of the line while others have been waiting a while- this is your location. They should take orders of those that have been there vs someone just rolling up to the outside lane. (Thursday morning 2/26/26 around 725am)

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
