- KDKirstynn DonbavandMar 3, 20263.0I went to Dutch Bros today and had a pretty disappointing experience at the window. Tey, who took my order in line, was super sweet and welcoming. I really appreciated her energy. However, when I pulled up to the window, the woman there she had bangs and black hair i believe was very unfriendly. I said hi and didn’t receive any response. She handed me my straws and first drink without saying anything. I had two separate orders, and when I let her know, she responded with “okay hold on, it’s gonna be a second” (something in the words of that) in a tone that felt irritated. When she gave me the second drink, nothing was said. I thanked her and again received no response. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. They weren’t busy at the time, so I’m not sure what caused the attitude. I usually enjoy coming here, but this interaction didn’t reflect the friendly customer service Dutch Bros is known for.

This was a flat out lazy lie. I've made this mistake before and felt bad the first time. But they've accommodated my mistakes at other locations I went to the other location and asked for their opinion on it and the nice and gentle broista stated what kind of system they have to transfer the order to the other location that the customer is at. Them telling this kind of lie is letting me know that they dont want business, so I wont be giving it to them anymore.

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
