Had an estimate pick up time of 6:47 I get there at 6:52, then I got to stand there for 5 minutes while they made my order, instead of picking it up and going. Which wouldn't bother me cause it's sticker day, except this isn't the only time it's happened. Previously I did order ahead and there were 5 cars ahead of me when I arrived, which at other locations the Brorista outside takes my name and brings me the order asap, at this location I gave my name and then had to wait for every car in front of me to have their orders made and provided before I had to give my name again to be handed my already made coffee. Then the time (also order ahead) I had to give my name 3 times and what I ordered twice before being handed my order cause the brorista was reading the name on the screen and not hearing the name I was giving. Oh and also when I ordered a large dark chocolate mocha with cherry (at the window even) and received a dark chocolate mocha with a suspicious lack of cherry flavor. These compounded experiences have left a bad taste I couldn't even consume what I ordered today and no one at work wanted it either. I no longer expect accurate service from this location, just the watery coffee that's 90% toranis and milk Dutch Bros is known for.

Sad that this cooperation has no proper staffing. Its not the employees fault but the company that won't hire more people if you offer all those services. Dutch get it together

But this one girl named Ariel is my favorite she knows when yall drop a new Red Bull energy drink I will definitely want to try to and even if I don’t know what I want for an energy drink she makes the best ones and I love them every time! She’s the absolute best! Plus she’s super sweet when we get to have a little chat when y’all aren’t busy. I mean they all are super sweet when we get to chat a little but Ariel and I chat it up like we are old friends. 😁😁☕️☕️

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
