I was having an absurdly eventful day at work and the girls here were probably some of the coolest people I’ve met in awhile. They got my drinks, chatted a bit and gave some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! Coffee: ♾️/10 Dutch Bros has the best coffee, even compared to coffee titans like 7-Brews and Starbucks, I would 100% go here instead of any of those places. Tons of variety, tons of flavors, and the seasonal drinks are always fresh and amazing. Service: ♾️/10 I would like to personally shout out the staff here for their amazing customer service and the love they shared with me. Their positive and sincere hearts turned my crazy day around completely! Total 180 of a turn! Sydney, Emma, Ariel, and Sarai are the reason why I’m going to make this my main Dutch Bros and why I’m going to make it the coffee hotspot at my work, me and my coworkers will all be coming here for our coffees from now on (especially since we’re in the area! You’ll be seeing us a lot) I personally think that these girls need to get a raise ASAP or I’ll raise some hell till they do! Atmosphere: 10/10 The atmosphere here was great and definitely a very clean and pleasant place to visit whenever you need some fast but good coffee. ♾️/10 will be back again and you gained a permanent customer!

I waited 45 minutes for car magnets just for them to tell me “we actually sold out 25 minutes before you placed your order.” Even AFTER I ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD ENOUGH FOR MY ORDER. They’re just money hungry now.

Some locations definitely aren't as nice, but the folks at this Dutch Bros are really genuinely kind. They always have something nice to say and help me out when I forget the drink names, etc. They're also quick and accurate, never been disappointed and I'd say I'm there at least once a week
- GLGina LopezOct 17, 20251.0I had just went to Dutch bros a few mins ago and my husband’s and my coffee tasted horrible just straight up coffee no chocolate flavor at all and i don’t know what’s up with the night shift employees but feels like they don’t do a great job now i k ow they probably had a long day but come on now like my mocha chocolate frap normally tastes good but is was lack of flavor and it was very watered down ugh I’m just upset.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
