  So, I really want to support them. Young staff, very nice. They mean well. Service awful. Just has to be said. No, it in fact won’t help if you order ahead. No, won’t help if you do window versus drive through. For example, placed an order 8:22, supposed to be ready for pick up at 8:27 and was told at 8:41 that’ll be ready in about five six minutes since they have other drinks ahead. Sigh.

  Chase in the drive thru was hella pleasant and cool, made ordering easy. The girl at the window with the glasses was kind! I found my favorite location!

  Is asking customers if they want their change now the new norm? The coffee is already expensive enough, and being asked this—especially first thing in the morning—felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. If a manager sees this, please consider asking employees to refrain from putting customers in that position. If this continues, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

  I used to be a regular coming daily for months and it was my fav spot, but it suddenly started declining heavily in quality and customer service. All employees need to be re trained on how to properly make espresso. The espresso often comes out super bitter and weak, not like it used to. I had a horrible experience the other day, there were only 3 cars in front of me, yet I waited like 20 minutes for my order. I expected there would be an explanation or apology at the window, even a quick “sorry for that wait”, but when I got to the window I was completely ignored for a good 3 minutes, I saw that someone was being trained inside, they should notify us, “hey we are training someone right now”, but nothing. the trainee was spending a whole minute straight trying to close the blender. Finally when someone acknowledged me, they didn’t say anything just trying to charge me and I told her I didn’t want to pay for the $3 drink because I waited for 20 minutes, nobody ever acknowledged me, nobody said anything at the window. If someone is being trained, I would be more understanding if they atleast notified us or apologized for the wait, When I told the employee I was unsatisfied with the visit she just stood there and didn’t say anything, and I left. Unfortunately I’m never going here again, the coffee is extremely inconsistent and the employees are lacking in customer service.
