Usually never have a problem. Instead of telling someone “it’s the standard” maybe ask if they would like more and make the drink to customers liking? We usually don’t mind paying extra.

I went to this location by Costco on 281 to order my drink. I asked for a small iced golden eagle with an extra shot. The gentleman who took my order didn't get it right. I dont understand what I said any different "with a dub" whatever that means im not the coffee expert the employees are. I was told from a different location to just ask for a dub to get that extra shot in my drink. And usually my drink comes just how I love it. And as expensive as these drinks are, I should get what im paying for. When I received my drink it was lighter than normal and it didn't taste as strong as it normally does. The girl at the window was very nice and sympathetic and told me "no problem we can redo it". However the girl remaking my drink had a nasty attitude about it. Annoyed that I wasn't satisfied with my expensive coffee. As if I didn't have eyes to see her roll her eyes and make that sour face. The second drink she made was worse and covered in over spill so now my hands and car are sticky. Worst experience ever at Dutch Bros, ever.

Kamryn is the store manager and she is great. Has trained her staff well. The line can get a bit long so go with extra minutes to spare for the wait (its worth it) but I do see them work quickly to get those drinks prepared and handed off. They all are so personable and pleasant

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
