- LRLeticia RodriguezFeb 25, 20261.0Slowest Dutch bros I’ve been too. I ordered my coffee at 5:55am through the app and still was not ready at 6:15a. The app said to pick up at 6:04. They had 3 people working on 1 order and then the lady there cleared my order and forgot to make it. All I had was a hot americano no cream no sugar. Never had these issues with the castle hill location. I don’t like to complain but this is everyday. I guess there is no incentive for using the app if the coffee still takes longs to make.

Miss Leilani was so helpful to help me to know what the drinks were what they had in it and she even had me know that there was an app for my rewards. I love her so much just met her and I think she is amazing. That girl needs a raise or something because she really really was so confident in herself and what she was telling me being a member of management of Walmart Eye would’ve definitely love her on my team.

Leilani was an absolute delight and was wonderful to us when our order was slightly incorrect, plus she and her coworker made our drinks beautifully. I've gotten a chai freeze multiple times at other Dutch Bros and they've always fallen short. Not this time! My friend is happily drinking it as I type. This interaction was a blessing on a pretty men day. Thanks again Leilani!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
