  I want to start by saying businesses need more employees like Carson! I’m a first timer in a Dutch Bros and he made the experience not at all daunting. He gave us his honest opinion and was such a sweet person. He definitely took the customer service to the next level, such a breath of fresh air to experience this! Dutch take care of these employees! Definitely would make me fly back here to get some Dutch!

  I would give this team more than five stars if I could for their hospitality and energy. <3 This is my daily stop and favorite location in the city for its consistency in service, quality + taste and their people! I can always count on good conversation and dose of positive energy before I start the day and I am constantly impressed by the level of service and overall efficiency this team delivers!

  I just want to give a huge shoutout to the entire Dutch Bros team. The customer service at this location is consistently outstanding. From the management team to every single broista working the window, everyone is always welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely thoughtful. They recognize me when I pull up, greet me by name, and always acknowledge me right away with a “we’ll be right there with you.” That level of attention makes a big difference. One time I accidentally ordered my drink with regular milk instead of oat milk, and before I even caught it, they changed it for me because they remembered I always get oat milk. That kind of personal attention is rare these days, and it truly impressed me. It’s not just about great drinks — it’s about how they make customers feel. Every visit is positive, friendly, and consistent. I really appreciate the energy and professionalism from the entire team. Keep doing what you’re doing. It does not go unnoticed.

  Stopped by Dutch Bros and the energy alone made my day. The staff was upbeat, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Also, The staffed give me the sweetest compliments about my skin and how pretty I looked. It’s always nice when someone notices the glow. My drink was perfectly blended, smooth, flavorful, and just the right level of sweetness. Fast service, great vibes, and consistent quality.

  After many trial and error, I finally found my favorite drink. I'm a iced chai drinker and thanks to Google, golden eagle chai breve is my drink. I've ordered it twice already in a 2 week period as an online (app) order for drive thru pick up.
