In trying to avoid the accident, they hit the curb and ended up damaging a tire. Shaken up, they pulled into the parking lot near Dutch Bros to figure things out. Without hesitation, Lilly from Dutch Bros came outside to check on them. Even though they weren’t customers at the time, she brought them two cups of ice-cold water and made sure they were okay. 💙 That kind of care and compassion is what I’d call unreasonable hospitality. A simple act, but one that meant so much in a stressful moment. Thank you, Lilly, for showing kindness when it truly mattered. Music can be a little too loud sometimes but I get the jist that they just want to set the vibe, pump up the people, so thats more of a personal preference. The only constructive criticism i have is that the protein lattes are hit or miss, sometimes it taste like just milk while other days its a nice balance of everything. The picture of food is to give customers an idea of the reality vs the expectation. It wasn't bad, just small portion size.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
