Most mornings I drive over for my favorite custom drink: a large nitro-infused cold brew with four shots of espresso, which gives me a strong caffeine boost I can sip on throughout the day instead of chugging. I worked as a therapist in my last city, so that steady caffeine hit has become part of my routine. If you slam a drink like that too fast, you really can feel it in your arms and legs so I treat it as my “go-go juice” and pace myself. I usually get Bri who take my order, and I really appreciate how she remembers my drink and even my name. This store has completely replaced the love I had for my old Colorado Springs location, and I honestly enjoy the drive just to pick up my go-go juice, which I jokingly call “The Juan.” The reason I had to leave this review is because I appreciate when employees go above and beyond and take pride in what they do. I’m a millennial, but most days I feel like a boomer shaking my fist at how checked-out people seem at other places, like they barely even want to be there. That’s not the case here everyone I’ve met seems genuinely happy to be at work, and it shows in the service. Bri for president!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
