  It was my hubby & I first time trying dutch bros coffee, we thought the drinks were 10/10! The service was great, the staff was super friendly and they made the drinks quick. I was going to get my go to drink— a vanilla latte, but the gal recommended the golden eagle so I figured I would try it. It did not disappoint! My husband doesn’t like sugary coffee drinks… but he kept stealing sips of mine. She also gave us our coffees for free since it was our first time trying it!

  Love Dutch bros but staff could be more friendly! Like chick fil a this is one of those company you expect greater customer service and professionalism from, didn’t receive that this morning.

  When my order was placed on the app, I selected this location in which I order here twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays unfortunately when payment processed it went to the location from yesterday off of SE military. At the drive thru young man said it was out of there district and he couldn’t help and asked for me to pay again even though I showed him the receipt via email and app. Not satisfied!

  We love getting Dutch, but this location was not it. We had not come to this location before so we decided to stop in and grab a few drinks. While serving the vehicle ahead of us the barista look out the window and gave us a bad look and rolled her eyes like we were an inconvenience for being in line. Once we got to the window she had a very bad attitude and was rushing us through the order process and was very unprofessional. We were unsure of the flavors for the smoothies and she was very unsatisfied at the fact we did not know the flavors and had questions about the menu. We will 100% not be coming back to this location.

  I placed a mobile order through the app. My drink was supposed to be ready at 8:04 AM. I arrived at 8:05 AM, checked in immediately, and my order was not ready. I waited and followed up again at 8:13 AM. Instead of assistance, I was asked, “Did you need your coffee already?” which felt dismissive and unprofessional—especially considering I ordered ahead specifically to avoid delays. Because of this, I ended up late for work and ultimately had to leave without my drink. I also used 250 rewards points for this order, which were never returned. I reached out to Dutch Bros directly and never received a response. I usually enjoy Dutch Bros, but this experience was frustrating and poorly handled. Hoping management reviews this and improves how mobile orders and customer concerns are handled.
