  I drive 15 minutes just to get my caramel iced coffee fix and they always greet me with a friendly smile :)

  The manager here is incredibly rude! My husband picked me up a small frozen coffee this morning while i was on the phone with him; the manager was the person taking the order from the drive thru. He could barely finish my first item before she told him to pull forward even though he was in the middle of his sentence. He tried to order the other item but she was talking over him. He asked “did you get the croissant?” and she responded with “yes i did now pull forward” very abruptly. When my husband got home, my coffee was filled with a full inch off the top and is the worst I’ve ever ordered from any Dunkin. Just go to the one on Bulverde and 1604, the ladies there are incredibly kind and the food & drinks are always great.

  This Dunkin’ Donuts truly stands out, and the biggest reason is the **wonderful manager** who runs the place. You can immediately feel the difference the moment you drive thru —everything is clean, organized, and running smoothly, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The manager leads by example, treats customers with genuine kindness, and clearly supports the team, which shows in the consistently great service. Orders are accurate, drinks are made perfectly, and even during busy times, the atmosphere stays positive and welcoming. It’s rare to find a location where management makes such a noticeable impact, but this one absolutely does. Huge credit to the manager for creating such a great experience—I’ll definitely keep coming back!
