This morning they took my order in the drive-thru and asked me to park while they finished it. After about five minutes I realized my order hadn’t come out yet, so I went inside to check. That’s when it became clear my order had been forgotten — honest human error, and it happens. What mattered to me was how they handled it. The staff immediately owned the mistake, stayed calm and respectful, and got my order made right away. On top of that, they issued me a refund (which I never even asked for) and gave me an extra Wake-Up Wrap to make up for the wait. I’ll also say this — even if I may have come across frustrated in the moment, the manager and staff remained extremely kind and professional the entire time. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin regularly for the past month since moving here, and they’ve never let me down. The team is always fast, respectful, and customer-focused. They genuinely make my mornings better. I’ll absolutely continue coming back. Big appreciation to the staff here — you’re doing it right.
