Being told the restroom was for employees only made me feel like I was asking for a favor instead of being a paying customer. It’s a small courtesy, but denying it makes the business feel unwelcoming and cheap.

We got nothing but a welcoming environment👊 I didn’t get the young lady’s name but she changed my mind forever ❤️ with just with being soo kind and not looking bothered or rude unlike what I get from Starbucks every morning ☀️ thank to the whole staff again 🙌🙌
