  I would like to thank J-on for making my experience 5 starts this will be my second time here .He has always treated me with respect ,excellent customer service on his part ,soft spoken ,and excellent employee.Unlike the other lady that kicked me out for staying too long . The service is pretty good maybe it’s because J-on is around he gives me good portion of ice cream everytime .Thank you J-on for making my experience a good one hopefully 🤞 your Boss gives you a pay increase .

  Service here is always good and the atmosphere is always welcoming!! Shout out to Jayon who’s always here he seriously makes the drinks so delicious!! Give that boy a raise!! My friend group loves coming to this location because he makes the drinks well! 😎

  Huge shoutout to this Baskin Robbins/Dunkin combo for absolutely nailing the “we forgot your cake” experience. I ordered a custom cake in advance, showed up to pick it up…and was casually informed that it was never made at all. No call, no heads-up, not even a true “sorry”—just a shrug and a “yeah, we didn’t make it.” Truly impressive customer service. If you’re looking for last-minute panic and a ruined celebration, this is definitely the place to go!
