I asked if they sold the 6.dollar croissant w hash browns n coffee and he didn't know and turned to ask 5 other employees including managers ( whom were all standing by ice cream talking and chuckling w cheeks filled obviously with food licking their chops) if they still were and they told him yea. So he took my order I got my meal in 5 minutes then stood around waiting for my coffee and medium sized matcha. I told my gson I'm just going to eat in here bc I don't want my food to get cold so I walked to the table and I'm sitting there patiently waiting for our drinks a kid with his pants way below his back side (unsanitary) asked if he can help I said yes, still waiting for my drinks he said he'd start on them. Since the guy who took my order disappeared. And so yeah my hash browns were cold my croissant was warmish cold. The music was blasting ghetto rap. The vibes are just straight up bad. Definitely not the good old American Dunkin donuts that I grew up with. This is my third incident with them. I've been gracious and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But because of this third incident I decided I won't buy my grandson a $50 gift card for his Christmas gift. I don't like the idea pants hanging way way below the waistline not completing my order, managers eating with employees & horrific LOUD music.
