If it wasn’t the manager it’s now their new employee(s) one in particular that look like he/she is related to the manager sound like it does not want to your order to begin with when it comes to taking ordering. I ordered a medium matcha that wasn’t even filled correctly. Mostly foam. My Ham and cheese croissants were still frozen in the middle. Not sure why they work there if they are taking their problems to work. We wake up seeming having to pay for their mistakes with our money. And our order not even living to expectations of what’s being advertised. Dunkin I’d appreciate if this was fixed with a gift card or some for my hard working money that seems to be a waste when used. That’s the bummer part about this. I will start keeping my receipts again for names and period of times when business seems to be bad.

The lady at the window asked me to park for pickup, so I expected to wait a while because there was a long line. But to my surprise, she personally brought my food out to my car right away and said she didn’t want me to wait too long. I was really touched by her thoughtfulness and efficiency! I’m on my way to an interview and was a bit worried about timing, but her kindness truly made my day. I don’t know her name, but I hope she sees this message and knows how much I appreciate her excellent service.
