  I have come her since it opened. The service has always been terrible. You walk in and noone greets you. You are waiting and they don't want to help you. Why are you there if you don't want to work. You are probably asking Why go there well I go because of my little ones. You need to fire the whole crew and hire people with smiling faces and people that want to work. I know I am not the only one complaining. The review score is bad. This should tell the company something is not right.

  this place is the worst customer service, both shift managers Jasmine and store manager Marie Palatt, put in a order and was paying with a 50 dollar bill and refused to take my money, the worst there is there is no signage posted that they don't take anything over 50, and was told to go to the nearest gas station to break the 50.

My name is Gloria Esquivel, and I felt compelled to contact corporate due to the severity of the employee’s actions. The incident began with a mistake in my initial order. While minor order errors can occur, the subsequent behavior exhibited by the employee, Kyera, was unacceptable. Details of the Incident Upon arriving at the service window, I attempted to clarify the incorrect items. Instead of acknowledging the error or listening to my correction, the employee displayed clear signs of frustration and hostility. * Deliberate Inattention: As I attempted to articulate the correction for my order, the employee deliberately turned her body away from the window, giving the distinct impression that she was actively refusing to hear or address my request. * Unwarranted Escalation: My only request was to receive the correct order and the coffee I had originally requested. I did not ask for a refund or a cancellation. Despite this, the employee abruptly yelled, stating, "I'm giving you a refund and you get your drinks," and immediately shut the service window. * Confrontational Demeanor: The employee's demeanor throughout the interaction was visibly hostile and combative. Her reaction was entirely unwarranted, creating a profoundly unsettling and confusing experience. Her behavior was so aggressive that my husband and I felt it necessary to immediately leave the premises to avoid further confrontation. Conclusion The employee's conduct represents a significant lapse in professional customer service standards and poses a risk to the brand's reputation. A service interaction should not leave a customer feeling intimidated or compelled to leave out of fear of an employee's anger. I urge corporate management to review this incident promptly, as the employee's readiness to engage in a hostile manner with a customer is highly alarming.
