- LELucky ExplorerDec 24, 20253.0Great drinks, slow food service We stopped by Dunkin’ in San Antonio while visiting the Riverwalk and SeaWorld. It was a weekday, but the service was surprisingly slow when it came to food. Drinks and coffee were made very quickly, but the food took a long time even though there were two to three employees working. We really enjoyed the loaded hash browns and the croissant with cheese and avocado. However, the avocado toast was disappointing. It tasted odd, almost like it was frozen and reheated, with a plastic-like flavor. I wouldn’t recommend ordering the avocado toast unless it’s confirmed to be made fresh. The highlight for me was the Strawberry Daydreamer Refresher, especially with Dunkin’s cold foam on top. It was refreshing and easily my new favorite drink there. The donuts were okay, but a bit dry and not as soft or moist as donuts from other places. Overall, drinks were excellent, food service was very slow, and the donuts were average. I’d come back mainly for the beverages, not the food.
