Twice I’ve been to this location and they never get the order right. Today I went and same thing - I repeat the order several times… I even have them repeat it and still it’s wrong. The lady confirmed it at the window. … I ordered avocado toast no bacon and an iced mocha. - I got iced black coffee and avocado toast with bacon.
The problem is they don’t instand English and it’s crap customer service b/c they don’t care. I’m over it - never going back 🙄
BEWARE: Went to this new location off of SE Military a week ago with Munchkin Donut Holes on my mind. When I placed my order the employee asked me what size I’d like citing the 10 count and up. I had not planned on ordering that many so I asked what size orders they had. The employee again listed the options beginning with the ten count so I went ahead and placed my order since they implied this was the smallest order they had. I didn’t even give it another thought until this past Monday when I once again asked for an order of Munchkin Donut Holes. This time the employee asked what size order I’d like and began listing the order sizes starting with five. This caught my attention because the last time I was there I was told the ten count was the smallest order option. I went back to work and disclosed this to my friend, telling her I’d be keeping an ear out for this the next time I went because I felt this was dishonest. Today I stopped by in the morning and placed my order and sure enough I was asked what size I wanted and the employee giving me my options beginning with the ten count. This is no coincidence and I believe this is deceitful and dishonest. This is not a way to gain the trust of new customers because we’d have to consider if you are even charging us for the ten count and not pocketing the difference or just all together upselling us without giving us accurate options. This will not be my last time going through there because I’d like to see and take note of how often this is occurring but I’m giving Dunkin a courtesy notice so you can notify and correct this with your employees. Aside from this major issue, my brown sugar shaken espresso was great but the dishonesty ruined the overall experience and this is why I’m giving you a low score.
I went to Dunkin today like I usually do 3 times a week the location on Presa and SE Military I ordered 3 drinks 2 coffees and a hot chocolate and they got it wrong they put no flavor in my hazelnut latte and my black coffee with "hazelnut" which is very inconvenient especially when your on your way to work on a 1 hour drive, I called they and spoke to 2 younger ladies and mentioned this maybe they would tell me oh I'm sorry come back or we got you next time, nope they proceeded to tell me I was wrong and what the description was of a latte "mostly milk" I go to dunkin quit often and my drink has never been unflavored, I would have appreciated more of an apology as a customer then a "NO No I did put flavor" very inappropriate I was excited about my free coffee on my app and it just got thrown out. do better please, I would really like replacement drink if someone can reach out I would appreciate that good day

Stopped by the new Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin-Robbins on Southeast Military Drive and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, which made the visit even better. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious, the coffee and donuts were spot on, and the ice cream was creamy and full of flavor.
We also spent some time enjoying the games, which made it a fun place to hang out instead of just grabbing food and leaving. It’s a great spot for friends, families, or anyone looking to relax with good treats and good vibes. Definitely worth checking out! ☕🍩🍦🎮

Ely truly went above and beyond during our visit! They were out of Cookies & Cream, but instead of it being an issue, Ely immediately offered a solution—making it with vanilla ice cream and Oreo toppings. Not only was it thoughtful, it was delicious.
It really is the little things that make places memorable, and Ely’s kindness and creativity made our experience stand out. As an operational manager, this is exactly the type of customer service I love to see—proactive, positive, and centered on creating a great experience. Ely is absolutely someone I would hold up as an example of what exceptional service looks like.
