  Ordered a variety pack of munchkins and some maple bacon. Half the munchkins were chocolate and the bacon was literal crumbs. And this is the only place ive ever been to that charges for a pup cup. Won't be returning

  I visited Dunkin this morning so excited to get the "Buy Any Drink, Get a Free Donut" promotion, placing two separate orders for two different people, which entitled me to two free donuts and two small bags. However, the manager an older lady with black and gray hair and hair on her chin immediately became extremely rude and yelled at me, flatly refusing to give me two separate bags, claiming she didn't have enough even though there was clearly a stack of them behind her. As a business owner, I find this hostile behavior and refusal to honor a basic customer request and promotion completely unacceptable, and the owner needs to urgently address this manager's lack of professionalism and customer service skills.

  lady with foreign accent and grey streaks in hair needs a lesson in customer service. would rather argue than get to work.

  Asked for 25 mixed variety of Munchkins and got all 25 of the same. 4 flavors were available when I asked. Have no idea how this happened, this is one of these places where you HAVE TO CHECK your order before you leave. If there is a manager or a Dunkin’ Donuts worker out there, is there a correct way to order a variety of munchkins to avoid this in the future please let me know.
