This has happened two visits in a row. When I’ve asked for refunds or store credit, they immediately direct me to the app, and the app is— shocker— not useful and not responsive. It’s been a deeply frustrating situation and I hesitate to return to this location being told the same things over and over with no apology or acknowledgement.
