That means I was stuck and couldn’t even leave and I’m not even joking they took 45 minutes and then gave me a watered down coffee because they had made it beforehand. Absolutely ridiculous to take that long, this should be unacceptable for a coffee drive thru!

But no response or smile back, she just said $1.79 with the ugliest monotoned attitude. Closed the window and then just handed me my card and donut in the same hand with no words. Almost mistook my card for a donut with all the powder you got on it. Didn’t ask if I would like a receipt, nothing. Please teach basic manners and politeness when serving customers to the big girl at the window. Donut was stale and old just like last time, and it’s this location only. Other dunkin locations have fluffy “fresh” donuts. Worst $1 ever spent.
