There were three employees clearly working in the front and drive-through area. None made eye contact or said a word. They walked past me multiple times and acted as if I was not there. Eventually, a woman from the back came out and assisted me. I understand it was a Sunday morning and likely busy. Still, basic acknowledgment matters. A simple greeting goes a long way. If it were not for my son wanting donuts, I would have turned around and walked out. I do not spend money where customers are treated rudely or ignored.

She glanced back, looked at me, then continued on her phone with her back towards me. I gave her a few more seconds and she still would not take my order so I left. We work in the shopping center with them and can't seem to get a pleasant experience in the last 8 years. There was NO ONE in the drive through or in the store so this is not acceptable. Do your job or go home.

That means I was stuck and couldn’t even leave and I’m not even joking they took 45 minutes and then gave me a watered down coffee because they had made it beforehand. Absolutely ridiculous to take that long, this should be unacceptable for a coffee drive thru!
