  Just left this location before heading to the other side of town where I live, and halfway home I realized there was 0 chocolate in my “Dubai chocolate shake” there was only chunks of pistachio, pistachio ice cream, whipped cream, pistachio sauce and the crunchy knafeh strips. We thought that maybe there was chocolate chips in the drink, but we shortly realized it was only pistachio chunks. Upon letting them know I didn’t receive chocolate in my shake, the boy who made my shake claimed he did put chocolate. Im just going to leave this photo here, and let you decide. Our drink, food and service from Dunkin however, was fantastic.

  The older lady at the window today needs to learn the holiday drinks advertised by Dunkin. Dunkin advertises holiday drinks. They're drinks on the menu and on the APP. She doesn't know whats on the menu. She was very condescending. I ordered the following as I have been at this location and others " Medium peppermint mocha iced coffee and a Spiced cookie iced coffee" (on their menu named that BTW) she then says "okaayyy??? We dont have that." It was fine. I just asked for a moment to look for something else or on my app to break down the coffee maybe that would help. So per the app I order a medium iced coffee with oatmilk 3unsweet vanilla 3 cookie butter.(the spiced cookie coffee she said they didnt have) She then says "okayyyyyy???? do you mean the sugar free we dont have unsweet." (The app says Unsweet. Im trying to be by the book as possible to get my order in and get out the line)...... I left it went on to order the peppermint mocha which was a total disaster as I said 3 pumps of peppermint mocha instead of " 3 SHOTS OF flavor" she then tried to over explain how to order their coffee. She asked if I wanted cream and sugar . I replied yes please and again apparently i was wrong and needed to specify what kind of cream.. cream....freaking cream...A 1 min interaction turned into 5 minutes of her trying to teach me how to order coffee that is already advertised fully made on their menu. As its probably a surprise to her it was not my first dunkin experience however it definitely felt like her first. It will however be my last. I will take the damn drive to starbucks and spend the extra money..

  Worst coffee I ever got from Dunkin Donuts and I have been drinking it for 30 yrs plus. Ordered 3 drinks. 2 of them was way too sweet and the other one was luke warm,not even hot.

  Very poor selection of doughnuts, they were almost out of everything. The door slams behind you when you walk in and out. I think I’ll just stick to Shipley’s or Krispy Creme.

  Morning crew is on top of it, and the coffee is always fresh!
